We only ship to Australian locations. 

We recommend customers leave us a street address as we may choose to use a courier service for order deliveries.

Delivery times may vary due to location and courier times. We will notify you of the time frames on payment.
 

Shipping Cost

Base shipping cost: $4.95*

*For a limited time during promotional period. 

Additional shipping charge for large and or bulky items, please check item description to see which items are defined as large and bulky items. 

For every 5kg starting from 10kg, an additional $3 shipping charge is added. 
 

Returns Policy:

*All deliveries are made on business days. Items may go thru Australian Post or Courier Services depending on items purchased or location of delivery.

We are dedicated to provide the best products. If you change your mind and want to return your goods, please return it within 7 days in their original condition for a full refund.

However,we do not refund for the shipping charge. 

If the item is defective or if we sent the wrong goods to you, please send an mail to notify us within 48 hours.

After we confirm that is due to our error, we are happy to provide full refund including postage costs.

We will proceed the refund only after the returns has been received.

Please note that we will not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during the shipment.

Please chose you products carefully, as we can not accept returned goods if they have been opened and had changed your mind about keeping it.

Please note that we are a reseller, thus any repair, damage to the goods, missing parts or warranty please contact the manufacturer directly.
