If you change your mind you may return (at your cost) most new, unopened items within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund, which will incur a 10-25% restocking fee. This fee is by negotiation and any special condition given to the customer must be observed such as bring back packaging &/or CDs/manuals. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect item).
You should expect to receive your refund within three (3) weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We recommend you return your parcel with a company that offers tracking as we are unable to refund for goods which are lost in transit.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 4 business days).
Should you need to return an item, simply send an email to email@example.com advising your Delivery Docket number, the product, the reason for return and your contact details and we will contact you with the information on how to return the product. Please note that we require contact prior to any product return to discuss the reason of return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received the goods and processed the credit.
